MOLLE Elastic Strap (MES)

Super minimalist, might be as minimalist as it gets. The MES features a flexible base with 2 elastic straps for holding items such as a CAT Tourniquet, sports towels, and is compatible with the Shark Tape Cutter! The MES require a 5 MOLLE column platform for figment (5in H) for figment.
