How To Request A Quote
If you are purchasing through your organization, need a quote to form a Purchase Order (PO), or if you are placing a bulk order of 10 or more items, please follow the steps below.
Tax Exempt Customers:
A quote is not required to receive tax exempt pricing. Please email your valid tax exemption certificate to sales@nexussportsmed.com. Once your certificate has been reviewed and approved, your account will be updated with tax exempt status for future online orders.
For orders that do not require to go through your organization, PO, bulk pricing, or tax-exempt status, you may place your order directly through our website at any time.
Step 1:
Navigate to the product you wish to add to quote. Select "Add to Quote"
NOTE: BUNDLES CAN NOT BE ADDED TO QUOTES. IF YOU WISH TO PURCHASE A BUNDLE, ADD ALL ITEMS AND THE DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED WHEN THE QUOTE IS SENT
Step 2:
Once you have confirmed the correct item, color, and quantity, select "Add To Quote"
If you wish to add more items to your quote; click "Continue Shopping" to return to the product page. Repeat steps 1-2 until all items have been added to the quote.
Step 3:
Once all of your items have been added to your quote, complete all required fields on the left-hand side, once finished, select "Submit Request"
Request Submitted!
Once your quote has been submitted, either Maria or Thomas will reach out with your quote. Please allow up 5 business days to receive a quote after submission.
If you are tax exempt or have vendor forms to be completed, please email those files to sales@nexussportsmed.com
